The Pack Rod compact spinning pole comes with a traditional straight handle, but is 5" shorter than the Kayak King Pole. Everything else is the same as the Kayak King including the balancing system, cork grips, EMMROD open-faced spinning reel and your choice of a quick change quarter turn locking stainless steel spinning rod. The smaller size pole (8 1/2") makes this popular style a great alternative from a traditional graphite pole because it fits so well in a Kayak, Pontoon boat, Float tube, or in your backpack! When you're ready to head home, it folds up to less than 15" and it is virtually indestructible!
